RESEARCH:
From the academic year 1999-2000 the Faculty has started the
Ph.D. Programme in its research resume. So far 24 Ph.D's.
have been awarded from the Faculty.

ENVIRONMENT
ORIENTATION PROGRAMS: Under the umbrella of extra mural
lectures myriad activities are conducted aimed at preparing
our students for the real world. Extra Mural Lecture Series
involves experience-based lectures from renowned personalities
from the industry and academics circles. These interactive
sessions are immensely enriching the students.

SYMPOSIA
AND WORKSHOPS: Symposia and workshops are conducted regularly
at faculty, giving student critical insight into various relevant
disciplines and helping them to learn requisite skills on
the job. With an aim to juxtapose the theory with practice,
the Faculty arranges for "Joint Training" in various organizations
which gives the incumbents a feeling of the corporate world
and provide a perfect podium to apply their acquired skills
to practice

DEVELOPMENT
THROUGH COMPETITION: Our students participate in various
management related competition to learn application of management
techniques in simulated corporate environment. Recently our
MBA/MBA(BF)/MBA(BE) students participated in QUIZ-cum-seminar
at AIMA, JAMIA HAMDARD, New Delhi and debate competition at
JNU, New Delhi ……..etc

MANAGEMENT STUDENTS CLUB: FMS, Gurukul Kangri University
believes in overall development of its pupils. It believes
in bringing out the latent skills of a student by providing
right kind of environment and opportunities. The management
student club provides a platform to students for expressing
their talents and acquire knowledge. The club organizes seminars
to boost their talents and acquire knowledge. The club organizes
seminars, various competitions, quizzes, cultural programs
etc. from time to time.
