Computer Lab

Keeping in view the latest technological advancement, in addition to the computing facilities provided by the computer centre the department has designed a state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned computer lab. The lab has Intel Dual Core / Core 2 Duo processor based 35 computer systems, one server and one multiprocessor computer system. The lab is also facilitated with LCD projectors, Laptops and other Audio-Video aids for conducting seminars. The Department has the Broadband facility of bandwidth 1 Mbps for accessing the Internet.

Departmental Library

The department has established its own library which has collection of approx. 5000 standard books on almost every area of Computer Science and other related areas apart from a number of magazines. This library is meant only for the students of MCA course in order to equip them with the latest advancements in the subject area . The facility is in addition to those provided by the central library of the Vishwavidyalaya.The library has an area of 875 sqfeet and has one readin room with the capacity of 18 students.Currently department is subscribing 8 journals(IEEE/ACM) some of which are named below:
