The current batch was admitted to MCA program on the basis of an All India Entrance Test conducted by the Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya.

Eligibility for MCA is graduate (TDC) with minimum 50% marks and mathematics as compulsory subject at the intermediate (10+2) level.There shall be relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST and GKV graduates.

Graduates of Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya shall be given 7% extra marks in the merit list for admission. This rule shall also be applicable for admission to the sponsored seats.

The admission for sponsored candidates to M.C.A. shall be made on the basis of educational merit. The entrance merit comprising 30% of total marks secured in high school, 30% of total marks secured in intermediate (10+2) and 40% of total marks secured in graduation shall be added and admission shall be made on merit list prepared on the basis of the above criteria.
