Admission
shall be made strictly in accordance with the rule and regulation
made by CBSE/CCB (Central Counseling Board) through AIEEE-2009.

Candidate
having AIEEE-2009 score card of CBSE, New Delhi can apply for
possible vacant seats through our admission
forms. |

|
|
|
| |
Candidate
admitted through Central Counseling conducted by CCB can also
avail the chance of up gradation (branch/category) in case of
availability by filling the same form. |
|
|
|
|
| |
The
NRI/NRI Sponsored candidate have also to apply on the prescribed
form if they are applying exclusively under this category. However,
applicants residing in foreign country may apply on plane paper
along with the prescribed fee. Admission against NRI/NRI sponsored
seats shall be granted on the basis of academic merit of candidate.
The merit shall be decided after summing up 30% of the total
marks of high school and 70% of total marks of intermediate(10+2). |

Entrance exam for direct admission to II year will be held on 2 August,2009 at 10.am.Candidate have to report at 9.00 am and will get the admit card at the centre only. |

Last date of submission of duly filled application form for admission in I year is 31 July,2009 and for direct admission in II year is 27 July,2009. |

Diploma holders
seeking direct admission to B.Tech. II year must note that
they will get admission in their branch of diploma only subject
to merit list of entrance examination. |

Total fee in I Year(2009-2010) - 59,000/- p.a through DD |

Hostel Rent: 15,000/- p.a including security of 3000/-(refundable) through DD |

Mess Advance: 6,000/- (To be paid in cash. Out of which Rs 4,000/- will be adjusted in the mess charges of last two months of the session.) |

Candidates admitted through CCB shall deduct* Rs 25,000/-(depoisted by them to CCB admission centre ) from the total fee of Rs 59,000/-.
*Candidates who have been alloted seat only in the fourth round not prior to it have to bring the draft of complete fee i.e Rs 59,000/-. |

DD should be in favor of Registar,Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidalaya payable at Haridwar from any recognized bank. |
